Do you make custom bridal flowers?

Guess what? We do! Our designer will work with you to inspire bride and bridesmaids bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, centerpieces, etc, for the big day. When creating wedding flowers there is a $75,non-refundable, deposit. This includes:

• Sample pictures of the prototype for each piece.

• Supplies needed to create the pieces.

• Design costs

Once the design is approved we will collect the balance for each item ordered.

Bridal Bouquet $70
Bridesmaid Bouquets $60 each
Boutonnieres $15 each

Table centerpieces - vary by size. Prices will be discussed with our designer once size is determined.

Are these real flowers?

All of the flowers that we use are artificial flowers.  Most are a poly-blend fabric. See individual items for the type of fabric they are made of. I try to choose only quality flowers and fabrics.  I am in love with 'Real Touch' flowers and think there is no better way to go...they are currently the highest quality artificial flower on the market.

What kind of clips do you use?

Every listing is labeled with specific type of clip that is used.
If you have a clip preference, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate that request. There is a $7 up charge per item to have a clip changed. Cluster flowers are $7 per set.

What Size are the Flowers?

Approximate: Small 2-3 inches - Medium 3-4 inches - Large 4-5+ inches

How soon will I get my order?

It is or goal to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving payment. However, this can take longer based on your order and the fill rate. Sometimes we have to have your item custom made by our designer. This can add a few days to the shipping of your order. If you need your order by a certain date, please use the contact page or send a message with the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

What is your Return Policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your order please contact us, we'll make it right.  We value your business and it’s our goal to make you happy. We allow returns for refund or exchange up to 7 days from when you receive your order. Just submitt a return request and we will send you a return shipping label.  RETURN POSTAGE IS ON US!!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! We can ship almost anywhere in the world.

How do you ship / How long does shipping take / Rates to ship?

We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service. Shipping transit time depends on the shipping option you choose. Sadly, we can not guarantee shipping transit times, but we do all we can to get your product to you in a timely manner. Please see the “Shipping & Return” page for rates and transit times.

How to track an order that's been shipped?
