How long until I get my order?

Most orders are processed within 2 business days of cleared payment. However, if an order is on back order shipment can take longer. We will do our best to notify you promptly if an item is on back order.

 

How do you ship / How long does shipping take / Rates to ship?

Shipping transit time depends on the shipping option you choose. Sadly, we can not guarantee shipping transit times. But we do all we can to get your product to you in a timely manner.

 

USPS First Class: 3-5 business days in transit, $4.95

USPS Priority: 2-3 business days in transit, $9.95

USPS First Class International: 10-30 business days in transit, $10.95*

USPS Priority International: 6-10 business days in transit, $29.95

USPS Express International: 3-5 business days in transit, 43.95

 

Please Note:

 *Transit time is how long it takes from when the order leaves our facility till it gets to you.

 

*Shipping via United States Postal Service First Class International Mail, normally takes 6-20 days to reach buyers worldwide. Should customs delay the package, waiting period could be longer.

 

*If Customs Hold or Customs Delay occurs, delivery time may be extended. It is beyond our control. We are not responsible for shipping service transit times. Transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods, holiday seasons, or customs delay. 

 

* Shipping fees include postage, local handling and packaging. Free Shipping promotions are not applicable for International customers. Custom Duties / Import Taxes and Charges are not included, it is Buyer's responsibility to pay for Custom Duties / Import Taxes and Charges, if any.Please check with your local custom office to determine what these additional costs would be prior to buying.

 

 Return/Exchange Info:

 You may return new, unworn items, in a box, within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. If you would like to exchange your item, please include a note with the return indicating the SKU number for what you would like. We will be happy to ship your exchange at no additional charge.

 

No custom or special orders will be accepted for return. If a return is received outside the 7 day period, store credit will be issued.


Most wholesale/dozen Quantity orders are not available for return because these are all special ordered.

  3. Click “ “View order details”

  4. Select “return items”

  5. Complete the form and submit the return request

After we review and approve your request, we will email you a link to a return shipping label. RETURN POSTAGE IS ON US!!
